Ivory Keys Apartments

The Ivory Keys Apartments redeveloped the historic Jewett Piano Factory into 41 units of affordable rental housing for families in Leominster, MA. In addition to creating much needed affordable housing, this Ivory Keys project transformed the last distressed property in the downtown Leominster neighborhood, meeting an important goal for the Leominster community.
