Bring us onboard in pre-construction and we will ask a lot of questions, paired with feedback on logistical and cost implications.   We listen to your goals for the project so those critical aspects can be thoroughly understood and reinforced through iterations of design, budget, and logistical planning.  We believe in problem solving through the consideration of options and pros and cons.  Every question asked in pre-construction can be a problem avoided once shovels are in the ground. 

As construction gets underway and the hard work of submittals, RFI’s, scheduling and other discussions shifts into critical gears, our project management team will work closely with the Architect and engineering team to build productive and positive lines of communication.   Through a combination of technology and team building, we can help manage the vast amounts of information required in contemporary projects.   These same lines of communication help the project team identify and solve issues with both deliberation and decisiveness.
