Ivory Keys Apartments

Developed by L.D. Russo, Inc., this project restored the Jewett Piano Factory in downtown Leominster to its former glory. The project included 41 units of affordable housing in a mix of studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. One of the unique challenges of this project included squaring up the existing wood frame which was leaning over 12” from the roof to the ground at the start of construction.
