YWCA Residences at Ingalls Court

In partnership with the YWCA Greater Newburyport, L.D. Russo is developing a two-phase senior affordable housing project designed by ICON Architects. The project includes 96 units supported by LIHTC and EOHLC funding, and is being constructed to Passive House standards. Phase 1, now complete, features 48 units, underground parking, rooftop solar PV, and a commercial space for Element Care, a PACE program offering comprehensive health services to residents. Phase 2, currently underway, will add another 48 units, additional parking, and more solar PV capacity. The development reflects a commitment to sustainability, accessibility, and integrated care for seniors.
