The first project in our longstanding partnership with the YWCA of Greater Newburyport, this elegant building in the heart of Newburyport’s historic downtown was renovated and expanded to create 10 affordable apartments. The elegant slate roof line and historic trim details were carefully restored as part of the project, which received a preservation award from the Newburyport Historic Trust.
