Bowers Brook apartments created 42 units of affordable Senior Housing in Harvard, MA, primarily funded through LIHTC and DHCD (now EOHLC) sources. Integrated into a mixed use campus, this project involved 44,000 s.f. of new wood frame construction and a complex sitework design that included the creation of a package waste water treatment plant, and the development of a public water supply.
