Ivory Keys Apartments

The Ivory Keys Apartments redeveloped the historic Jewett Piano Factory into 41 units of affordable rental housing for families in Leominster, MA. The antique wooden mill was nearly demolished, but after significant efforts to repair and preserve the structure, the revitalized building transformed one of the last distressed properties in its downtown Leominster neighborhood.  Funded in part with Historic Tax Credits, the project was awarded the Robert Kuehn award by Preservation Massachusetts.
