Location: Salem, MA
Located in Salem’s exciting “El Punto” neighborhood, this project included a total of 46 units in two distinctive buildings bookending the neighborhood. Both were designed with Passive House principles combined with stunning contemporary visual ideas. In addition to providing much needed housing, the developer, North Shore Community Development, included space for the Salem Pantry’s “The Market” to tackle food insecurity, and also a space for a community art gallery.
